Recipe with Cod Cheeks
Santymar Cod Cheeks in Parsley Sauce
- 400 g Santymar Cod Cheeks
- Garlic to taste
- Parsley: A good-size bunch, the more there is the better the sauce
- One small onion
- Oil, milk
Desalt the cod for 36 hours in cold water, changing the water three times.
In a pan, add oil, garlic to taste, parsley and a little onion. Leave to brown a little and add the Cod Cheeks, turn over once and remove from the heat and leave to rest for ten minutes. Place the pan back on a very low heat, and add three spoons of milk; shake the pan every now and again, and when you can see it is done remove from the heat, and it is ready to serve.
