Santymar is a company that imports Salt Cod from the best fishing grounds of the North Atlantic, mainly Iceland, Faroe Islands (Denmark) and Norway and carries out the subsequent processing into the different products.

Our background

Bacalaos Santymar was established in 1991, and it will soon reach its 20th anniversary in the sector. Throughout its career, the company has always been characterised by its rigorous selection of raw materials and its exhaustive control in the production process.
